摘 要:为降低油田注水井层间矛盾,改进注水工艺,降低测调费用,解决目前大斜度井和水平井分层注水难题,提高注水效率和注水合格率,研制相对于传统注水工艺适应性更好的井下智能开关数据传输控制系统,设计系统管柱结构、井下智能开关配水器结构、流量测量、井下和地面双向数据传输等方案,优化封隔器过电缆结构,设计地面远传终端控制系统方案,实际应用表明本系统可有效降低现场测调费用,提高注水合格率。In order to reduce the contradictions between layers of oil injection Wells,improve water injection technology,reduce the cost of measurement and commissioning,solve the current problem of stratified water injection in highly inclined Wells and horizontal Wells,improve water injection efficiency and water injection qualification rate,develop a downhole intelligent switch data transmission control system with better adaptability than traditional water injection technology,and design the system string structure.Downhole intelligent switch water distributor structure,flow measurement,downhole and surface bidirectional data transmission schemes;The design of ground remote transmission terminal control system shows that the system can effectively reduce the field testing cost and improve the qualified rate of water injection.
