摘 要:随着石化企业自动化水平的提高,自动点火系统已逐渐成为硫磺装置制硫炉的标准配置。该系统主要由点火枪、点火控制盘、点火瓦斯和配风系统组成,其中点火控制盘不仅是点火顺序控制的核心单元,同时还需要将部分控制以及联锁信号接入装置SIS系统,参与装置SIS联锁。由于制硫炉的特殊工况导致开工自动点火成功率不高,影响装置开工进度,笔者总结历年制硫炉开工点火经验,从点火控制原理和工艺技术流程两方面分析点火故障原因,为其他硫磺装置开工点火提供参考和借鉴。With the improvement of automation level in petrochemical enterprises,the automatic ignition system has gradually become the standard configuration for sulfur production furnaces in sulfur plants.The system mainly consists of an ignition gun,ignition control panel,ignition gas and air system.The ignition control panel is not only the core unit of ignition sequence control,but also needs to connect some interlocking signals to the SIS system.Due to the special operating conditions of the sulfur furnace,the success rate of automatic ignition during start-up is not high,obstructs the progress of sulfur plants operation.The author summarizes the ignition experience of sulfur production furnaces over the years,analyzes the causes of ignition faults from two aspects:ignition control principle and process technology,provides reference and inspiration for the ignition of other sulfur units.
