摘 要:随着电子工业的发展,智能电动执行机构作为核电站设备中管道内介质的流量、流向和压力的控制与调节设备,对核电厂安全高效运行的作用至关重要。在核电厂全寿命周期内智能执行机构的运行和维护是一个难题。为安全、高效地管理和控制现场的阀门,结合核电站生产过程中的痛点、经验,针对电站阀门执行机构开发一套数据库结构、集散控制系统和多学科分析于一体的设计平台,提出通过数据库与DCS结合的精细化的管理方法,有效解决了问题,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值,最后给出了实现方法及运用。With the development of the electronics industry in recent years,the intelligent electric actuator,as a control and adjustment device for the flow,flow direction and pressure of the medium in the pipeline of the nuclear power plant equipment,plays an important role in the safe and efficient operation of the nuclear power plant.The operation and maintenance of intelligent actuators in the whole life cycle of nuclear power plants is a difficult problem.In order to safely and efficiently manage and control the valves on site,combined with the pain points and experience in the production process of nuclear power plants,a design platform integrating database structure,distributed control system and multidisciplinary analysis is developed for the valve actuator of power station.A refined management method combining database and DCS is proposed,which effectively solves the problem and has important theoretical significance and practical application value.Finally,the implementation method and application are given.
