摘 要:针对某电厂炉膛压力异常的问题,本文利用小波分析方法分解其炉膛压力相关信号,并进行等尺度分析,同时使用连续小波时频图进行可视化分析。分析发现,一次风流量周期性波动、AGC工况下的煤量波动与炉膛压力的异常波动有较大相关性,通过解决空预器漏风问题,调整变负荷前馈,提高引风机动叶前馈等方法,提高了炉膛压力控制品质。In this paper,the wavelet analysis was used to decompose the signals related to furnace pressure in a certain power plant with correlation analysis at the same scale.Simultaneously,continuous wavelet magnitude scalogram were employed for visual analysis.The analysis revealed that there are two factors contributing to the abnormal furnace pressure:periodic fluctuations in primary air flow and coal variations under AGC conditions.By addressing issues like air preheater leakage,adjusting load feedforward,and enhancing the induced draft fan’s dynamic blade feedforward,the quality of furnace pressure control was improved.
