摘　　要：从可燃气体报警及在线监测系统的原理,各组成部分(包含:可燃气体报警器、区域报警灯、风机、电磁阀、数据网关)介绍与选型,各组成部分安装方法,以及设备之间的报警联动、在线监测等方面介绍餐饮厨房可燃气体报警及在线监测系统,并进行模拟调试,验证该系统的正确性、有效性与实用性。最后,对系统的维护进行介绍,推广该系统,防止餐饮厨房火灾爆炸事故的发生,保障家居及人身安全。This article discusses the principles of combustible gas alarm and online monitoring systems,the introduction and selection of various components(including combustible gas alarm,regional alarm lights,fans,solenoid valves,and data gateways),the installation methods of each component,and the alarm linkage between equipment and online monitoring and other aspects to introduce the combustible gas alarm and online monitoring system for catering kitchens.And conduct simulation debugging to verify the correctness,effectiveness,and practicality of the system.Finally,introduce the maintenance of the system,promote the system,prevent fire and explosion accidents in catering kitchens,and ensure home and personal safety.
