摘 要:双圆弧斜齿齿轮泵在高速工况下,其内部流场温度升高现象明显,对齿轮泵的性能产生不利影响。为了探究温度对齿轮泵性能的影响,建立了双圆弧斜齿齿轮泵容积效率与温度的数学模型。利用动网格技术,通过PumpLinx设定不同入口温度,模拟不同工况下齿轮泵内部流场的变化情况。结果表明:入口油液的温度不同,其内部流场温度变化明显,入口温度越高,其温升现象越明显;温升严重区域为存在压差区域,且压差越大温升越明显;温度升高,内部流场空化现象明显减弱;相对于常温油液情况下,入口油液温度为60℃时,齿轮泵流量脉动和流量脉动率明显增大,泵的出口脉动率增加了4.74%,泵出口平均流量降低了1.52 L/min,泵的容积效率降低了3.04%,温度的升高对齿轮泵性能产生了不利影响,验证了温度与容积效率数学模型的正确性。The internal flow field temperature of double circular arc helical gear pump increases obviously at high speed,which has adverse effect on the performance of gear pump.In order to explore the influence of temperature on the performance of gear pump,the mathematical model of volume efficiency and temperature of double arc helical gear pump is established.Using dynamic mesh technology,different inlet temperatures are set by PumpLinx to simulate the changes of internal flow field of gear pump under different working conditions.The results show that the temperature of the inlet oil is different,and the temperature of the internal flow field changes obviously.The higher the inlet temperature,the more obvious the temperature rise.The serious temperature rise area is the pressure difference area,and the greater the pressure difference,the more obvious the temperature rise;with the increase of temperature,the cavitation of internal flow field is obviously weakened.Compared with the case of normal temperature oil,when the inlet oil temperature is 60℃,the flow pulsation and flow pulsation rate of the gear pump increase obviously,the outlet pulsation rate of the pump increases by 4.74%,the average flow rate of the pump outlet decreases by 1.52 L/min,and the volumetric efficiency of the pump decreases by 3.04%.The increase of temperature has an adverse effect on the performance of the gear pump,which verifies the correctness of the mathematical model of temperature and volumetric efficiency.
