摘  要:针对传统液压动力推进系统,设计了一种以外界海水为工作介质,蓄能器提供动力源、新型二级同步海水液压缸为核心部件的二级液压推进装置。论述了新型二级同步海水液压缸的结构以及海水液压动力推进装置的工作原理,通过AMESim建立了推进系统的仿真模型,通过搭建的试验台进行试验验证。结果表明:在供能过程中,蓄能器充能过程与蓄能器初始压力呈负相关;在推进过程中,物体离开推进管道的速度与蓄能器初始压力的根呈正的线性相关。Aiming at the traditional hydraulic propulsion system,this paper designs a two-stage hydraulic propulsion device which takes the external seawater as the working medium,accumulator as the power source and new two-stage synchronous seawater hydraulic cylinder as the core component.This paper discusses the structure of a new two-stage synchronous seawater hydraulic cylinder and the working principle of seawater hydraulic propulsion device,and establishes the simulation model of the propulsion system by AMESim.The experimental verification is carried out through the built test bed.The results show that the accumulator charging process is negatively correlated with the accumulator initial pressure in the energy supply process.In the process of propulsion,the velocity of the object leaving the propulsion pipe is positively and linearly related to the root of the accumulator initial pressure.
