摘 要:为探究大颗粒粒径对全断面竖井掘进机上出渣泵过流部件磨损特性的影响,基于SST双方程混合湍流模型、Finnie塑性冲蚀磨损模型对其进行数值模拟,获得了全断面竖井掘进机出渣泵过流部件的冲蚀磨损形态,分析不同颗粒粒径对叶片磨损程度的影响。模拟结果表明:磨损最严重区域在叶片吸力面;定量预测出叶片磨损强度随不同初始条件的变化规律;随颗粒粒径增大,颗粒与吸力面的碰撞几率降低,叶片吸力面磨损区域显著减小,磨损位置受颗粒粒径的影响明显,而后盖板的磨损面积几乎不变;全断面竖井掘进机上出渣系统在输送最大粒径超过100%的固相颗粒时,仍具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。大颗粒粒径仅对吸力面磨损程度影响显著,对后盖板影响不明显。In order to investigate the influence of large particle size on the wear characteristics of the slag pump overflow parts on a full-section shaft boring machine,numerical simulations based on SST dual-range mixed turbulence model and Finnie plastic erosion wear model were conducted to obtain the erosion wear pattern of the slag pump overflow parts on a full-section shaft boring machine and analyze the influence of different particle sizes on the degree of blade wear.The simulation results show that:the most serious wear area is at the suction surface of the vane;the variation of the wear intensity of the vane with different initial conditions is predicted quantitatively;as the particle size increases,the collision probability between the particles and the suction surface decreases,the wear area of the suction surface of the vane decreases significantly,and the wear location is significantly affected by the particle size,while the wear area of the rear cover remains almost unchanged;the slag discharge system on the full-section shaft boring machine conveys the largest particle size The slag discharge system on the full-section shaft boring machine has good reliability and stability when conveying solid-phase particles with a maximum particle size of more than 100%.The large particle size only has a significant effect on the degree of wear of the suction surface,and has no significant effect on the rear cover.
