摘 要:针对柔性钻杆球面密封难的问题,设计了一种适用于柔性钻杆的球面密封结构,通过数值模拟与物理试验验证了密封结构在内压30 MPa、外压24 MPa工况下的可靠性,并基于响应面试验设计方法,建立了密封结构参数与密封性能参数的响应面模型,分析了参数间的交互作用和3个因素的敏感性,其敏感性顺序从大到小为:压缩量、径向过盈量、主密封面宽度。其中优化后模型最大Von Mises应力相比原密封结构模型降低了16.9%,可提高结构的可靠性和寿命。同时通过数值模拟对预测值进行了验证,最大Von Mises应力误差为0.87%,所得结果为柔性钻杆球面密封结构现场应用提供了一定的参考依据。Aiming at the problem of difficult spherical sealing of flexible drill pipe,a spherical sealing structure suitable for flexible drill pipe is designed.The reliability of the sealing structure under the working conditions of internal pressure 30 MPa and external pressure 24 MPa is verified by numerical simulation and physical test,and based on the response surface test design method,the response surface model of the sealing structure parameters and sealing performance parameters was established,and the interaction between the parameters and the sensitivity of the three factors were analyzed.The order of sensitivity from large to small is:compression,radial interference,width of the main sealing surface.Among them,the maximum Von Mises stress of the optimized model is reduced by 16.9% compared with the original sealed structure model,which can improve the reliability and life of the structure.At the same time,the predicted value is verified by numerical simulation,and the maximum Von Mises stress error is 0.87%.The obtained results provide a certain reference for the field application of the flexible drill pipe spherical sealing structure.
