摘　　要：为保证空压机润滑系统的可靠运行,首先对润滑系统工作原理进行详细解读,对CZS-100/15型空压机润滑系统油耗过高、低压报警停机等故障原因进行统计归纳分析,提出对应的解决措施,并通过试验验证了解决措施的合理性,有效提高了CZS-100/15型空压机运行可靠性,从根本上保证了该空压机的品质,为更好地预防和处理同类问题提供借鉴。In order to ensure the reliable operation of the air compressor lubricating system,the working principle of the lubricating system is interpreted in detail,and the fault causes such as high oil consumption and low pressure alarm shutdown of CZS-100/15 air compressor lubricating system are statistically summarized and analyzed.The corresponding solutions are put forward,and the rationality of the solutions is verified through the test,which effectively improves the operation reliability of CZS-100/15 air compressor,fundamentally guarantees the quality of CZS-100/15 air compressor,and provides reference for better prevention and treatment of similar problems.
