摘  要:国内某百万千瓦核电机组主给水泵机械密封,在运行期间发生黑色液体泄漏至大气侧,密封的泄漏量为45~135 mL/h。从而判定密封处于非正常磨损的运行状态,因此停泵拆解密封,对新旧密封进行测量。通过建立有限元模型进行分析判定,总结出失效原因。通过对主给水泵机械密封失效进行分析研究,可以为现场主给水泵运维策略制定提供量化参考和指导。Mechanical seal of main feed water pump of a domestic nuclear power unit.During operation,black leakage occurs and the liquid leaks to the atmosphere side.The leakage is 45~135 mL/h.From this phenomenon,it is determined that the seal must have experienced abnormal wear and tear,so the pump was stopped to disassemble the seal,and the old and new seals were measured.Through the analysis and research on the failure of the mechanical seal of the main feed pump in Fuqing,it can provide quantitative reference and guidance for the formulation of the operation and maintenance strategy of the main feed pump on site.
