摘　　要：目的 探讨影响稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能锻炼行为的因素。方法选择医院2021年1月—2022年9月收治的稳定期COPD患者共200例,采用一般资料问卷调查其基础信息,采用自制的肺功能锻炼行为问卷、慢性病患者风险感知问卷等对患者进行测评,通过Pearson相关分析风险感知与稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为的相关性,通过单因素分析、多元线性回归分析筛选稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为的影响因素。结果 稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为问卷评分为36.40±7.38分,肺功能锻炼行为问卷评分为40.20±7.38分;Pearson相关分析显示,肺功能锻炼行为问卷总分及各维度评分与慢性病患者风险感知问卷总分及各维度评分成正相关性(r=0.143~0.362,P<0.05)。单因素、多元线性回归分析显示,稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为的影响因素有年龄、活动后呼吸困难、药物依赖、家庭支持、疾病不确定感、运动自我效能、经济风险、身体诊疗风险、社会心理风险(P<0.05)。结论 风险感知对稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为有正向促进作用,且稳定期COPD患者肺功能锻炼行为受多因素影响,临床应积极开展相关护理宣教,强化肺功能康复指导。Objective To explore the influence of risk perception and pulmonary functional exercise behaviour of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods 200 patients with stable COPD admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected to be surveyed with a general information questionnaire,and the patients were assessed with a self-administered questionnaire on pulmonary exercise behaviour and a questionnaire on risk perception of patients with chronic diseases.The correlation between risk perception and pulmonary exercise behaviour of stable COPD patients was analysed by Pearson correlation,and the influencing factors of pulmonary exercise behaviour of stable COPD patients were screened by univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The scale evaluation showed that the score of the questionnaire on pulmonary functional exercise behaviour in stable COPD patients was 36.40±7.38 points,and the score of the questionnaire on pulmonary functional exercise behaviour was 40.20±7.38 points;the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of the questionnaire on pulmonary functional exercise behaviour and the scores of the dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of the questionnaire on perception of risk in patients with chronic diseases and the scores of the dimensions of the questionnaire(r=0.143~0.362,P<0.05).Univariate and multiple linear regression analyses showed that the factors influencing pulmonary function exercise behaviour in stable COPD patients were age,post-activity dyspnoea,medication dependence,family support,disease uncertainty,exercise selfeffi cacy,economic risk,physical diagnosis and treatment risk,and psychosocial risk(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk perception had a positive promotion effect on pulmonary function exercise behaviour of stable COPD patients,and pulmonary function exercise behaviour of stable COPD patients was affected by multiple factors,clinics should carry out relevant nursing educat
