摘  要:目的 探讨采用短视频推送的健康教育模式对社区高血压伴抑郁、焦虑患者的影响。方法 选择2021年3月-2022年6月雅安市多个社区高血压伴抑郁、焦虑患者98例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组患者采用常规健康教育,观察组采用短视频推送进行健康教育,两组均实施8周。比较两组患者干预前后的Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、相关知识的知晓度(疾病认知、疾病用药、疾病养护)评分、Herth希望量表(时间态度、他人态度和行动态度)和SF-36健康简明量表生活质量评分。结果 健康教育干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育干预前,两组患者疾病认知、疾病用药、疾病养护评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,两组患者疾病认知、疾病用药、疾病养护评分均高于干预前,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育干预前,两组患者时间态度、他人态度和行动态度评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,观察组在时间态度、他人态度和行动态度3个维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康教育干预前,两组患者SF-36生活质量量表各维度评分的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周后,观察组患者SF-36生活质量量表生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者社会职能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 短视频推送健康教育模式应用于社区高血压伴抑郁、焦虑患者,能够改善患者抑郁、焦虑程度,提高相关知识知晓度,增强信心,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of health education model using short video push on community patients with hypertension with depression and anxiety.Methods 98 patients with hypertension with depression and anxiety in several communities in Ya'an were selected as study subjects from March 2021 to June 2022,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 cases in each group,according to the principle that the basic characteristics of the groups were comparable.The patients in the control group used conventional health education,and the observation group used short video push for health education,and both groups were implemented for 8 weeks.Before and after the intervention,the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,the knowledge of related knowledge(disease cognition,disease medication,disease care)scores,the Herth Hope Scale(attitude toward time,attitude toward other people,and attitude toward action),and the quality of life scores on the SF-36 Brief Health Scale were compared between the two groups.Results Before the health education intervention,the comparison of SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05),after 8 weeks of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before the health education intervention,the comparison of disease cognition,disease medication and disease care scores of the two groups of patients was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05),after 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of disease cognition,disease medication and disease care of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the intervention,but the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before the health education intervention,the comparison of time attitude,other people's attitude and action attitude scores between the two grou
