摘 要:目的 探讨思维导图引导式健康教育干预对支气管肺炎患儿的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年11月收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照组间基线资料可比的原则将其分对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予接受思维导图式健康教育干预,比较两组患儿症状消失时间、肺功能指标[达峰容积比(VPEF/VE)、达峰时间比(TPREF/TE)、50%潮气量的呼气流速(TEF50%)、25%潮气量的呼气流速(TEF25%)]、血气指标[pH值、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))]、炎性指标[白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]、依从性评分、并发症、护理满意度等。结果 观察组患者肺部炎症吸收时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、退热时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者VPEF/VE、TPTE/TE、TEF50%、TEF25%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者pH、SaO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者IL-2/IL-10、IFN-γ/IL-4、IL-2、IFN-γ高于对照组,IL-10、IL-4低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 思维导图引导式健康教育干预能提升患儿诊治护理依从性,明显改善支气管肺炎患儿肺功能、血气指标、炎性指标,促进症状缓解,并对护患关系持续、稳定发展有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of mind map-guided health education intervention on children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 86 children with bronchopneumonia admitted from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group of 43 cases each according to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given a mind-guided health education intervention on the basis of the control group,comparing the time of symptom disappearance,lung function indexes[peak volume ratio(VPEF/VE),peak time ratio(TPREF/TE),expiratory flow rate of 50%tidal volume(TEF50%),expiratory flow rate of 25%tidal volume(TEF25%)],blood gases[pH,TEF25%,TEF25%],and other indicators.indicators[pH,blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial blood partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)],inflammatory indicators[interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-2(IL-2),and interferon gamma(IFN-gamma)],adherence scores,complications,and satisfaction with care.Results The absorption time of lung inflammation,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time,and fever reduction time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,VPEF/VE,TPTE/TE,TEF50%,TEF25%of the observation group patients'was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);pH,SaO2,PaO2 of the observation group patients'was higher than that of the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);IL-2/IL-10,IFN-γ/IL-4,IL-2 and IFN-γwere higher than the control group patients',and IL-10 and IL-4 were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the patient complianc
