摘 要:目的 观察三级护理联合童趣式互动策略对支气管肺炎患儿生活质量、肺功能及情绪的临床护理效果。方法 选择2018年1月-2022年1月收治的110例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照组间基本资料匹配原则分成对照组和观察组各55例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用三级护理联合童趣式互动策略护理。分别于干预前及干预后采用儿童生存质量普适性核心量表(PedsQLTM 4.0)、肺功能检测仪、儿童情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)评估患儿的生活质量、肺功能以及情绪状态,并进行两组比较。结果 护理干预前,两组患儿的生活质量评分、肺功能指标、SCARED评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患儿的生活质量评分(患儿自评以及家长问答)、肺功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿SCARED量表各维度(广泛性焦虑、分离性焦虑、躯体性惊恐、社交恐惧、学校恐惧)评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于支气管肺炎患儿,进行三级护理联合童趣式互动策略,可有效改善患儿的生活质量以及肺功能,并降低不良情绪产生。Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of three-level care combined with childlike interactive strategy on the quality of life,lung function and emotion of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 110 cases of children with bronchopneumonia admitted from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study object and divided into 55 cases each in the control group and observation group according to the principle of matching the basic information between the groups.The control group carried out conventional nursing methods,and the observation group used three-level nursing combined with childlike interactive strategy nursing.Before and after the intervention,the children's quality of life,pulmonary function and emotional status were assessed using the Pediatric Survival Quality Pervasive Core Scale(PedsQLTM 4.0),the Pulmonary Function Test Instrument,and the Screening Children's Emotional Disturbance Scale(SCARED),and the two groups were compared.Results Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant difference in the quality of life scores,pulmonary function indexes,and SCARED scores of the children in the observation and control groups(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the quality of life scores(self-assessment of the children and parents'question and answer)and lung function indexes of the children in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the SCARED scale(generalised anxiety,separation anxiety,somatic panic,social fear,fear of school)and the total scores of the children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchopneumonia,three-level nursing combined with the childlike interaction strategy can effectively improve the quality of life and lung function of the children,and reduce the generation of adverse emotions.
