摘 要:目的 探讨微量泵入乙酰半胱氨酸持续气道湿化在气管插管患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取医院临床科室2020年1月-2022年10月气管插管患者100例为研究对象,将2020年1月-2021年5月50例作为对照组,将2021年6月-2022年10月50例患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予微量泵入乙酰半胱氨酸持续气道湿化护理,观察并比较两组痰液性状、痰痂堵塞症状以及湿化效果情况。结果 实施微量泵入乙酰半胱氨酸持续气道湿化干预后,观察组患者痰液性状分级优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者痰痂堵塞症状各指标低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者湿化效果优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微量泵入乙酰半胱氨酸持续气道湿化干预可改善气管插管患者痰液性状,促进痰液排出,减少痰痂形成,降低痰痂堵塞的发生,提高湿化效果。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-pumped continuous airway humidification with acetylcysteine in the care of tracheal intubation patients.Methods 100 cases of tracheal intubation patients in the clinical department of the hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study object,50 cases from January 2020 to May 2021 as the control group,and 50 cases from June 2021 to October 2022 as the observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given micro-pumped continuous airway wetting care with acetylcysteine on the basis of control group,and sputum properties,sputum crust blockage symptoms and wetting effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of micro-pumped continuous airway humidifi cation intervention,the sputum characteristics of patients in the observation group were graded better than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the phlegm crust blockage symptoms of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),The humidifi cation effect of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Micropumping and continuous airway wetting intervention with acetylcysteine could improve the sputum characteristics of tracheal intubated patients,promote sputum discharge,reduce sputum crust formation,reduce the occurrence of sputum crust blockage,and improve the wetting effect.
