肛美乐痔疮膏联合生物反馈对混合痔患者PPH术后肛门疼痛、水肿及肛门功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肛美乐痔疮膏联合生物反馈对混合痔患者吻合器痔上黏膜环切(PPH)术后肛门疼痛、水肿及肛门功能恢复的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2022年4月在安康市中心医院肛肠科行PPH术的100例混合痔患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者术后给予生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合肛美乐痔疮膏治疗,共治疗14 d。比较两组患者的治疗效果,以及治疗前后的肛门疼痛、肛门水肿和肛门压力测定的相关指标变化,并统计两组患者治疗后的并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肛门疼痛、肛门水肿评分均降低,且观察组的上述指标评分分别为(2.95±0.38)分、(0.51±0.08)分,明显低于对照组的(3.87±0.27)分、(0.89±0.10)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肛管功能长度、肛管静息压均降低,且观察组的肛管功能长度、肛管静息压分别为(34.21±2.98)mm、(9.21±2.10)k Pa,明显低于对照组的(37.21±2.91)mm、(12.67±2.12)kPa,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患者治疗前后的肛管最大收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的并发症总发生率为8.00%,略低于对照组的12.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肛美乐痔疮膏联合生物反馈可有效缓解混合痔患者PPH术后肛门疼痛和水肿,促进肛门功能恢复,效果显著且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Anmele hemorrhoids ointment combined with biofeedback on anal pain,edema,and anal function recovery in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods One hundred patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent PPH surgery in the Anorectal Department at Ankang Central Hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given biofeedback treatment after surgery,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Anmeile hemorrhoid ointment on the basis of the treatment in the control group,for a total of 14 days.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared,as well as the changes in related indicators such as anal pain,anal edema,and anal pressure before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications after treatment was counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal pain and edema in both groups of patients decreased;the scores of the above indicators in the observation group were(2.95±0.38)points and(0.51±0.08)points,which were significantly lower than(3.87±0.27)points and(0.89±0.10)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the length of anal function and resting pressure of the two groups of patients decreased,and the two indicators of the observation group were(34.21±2.98)mm and(9.21±2.10)kPa,which were significantly lower than(37.21±2.91)mm and(12.67±2.12)kPa of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the maximum anal systolic pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total incidence of complications in the ob
