鼻中隔矫正术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻中隔矫正术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年2月至2021年1月本院收治的82例合并鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用鼻中隔矫正术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、复发情况、并发症发生率、鼻阻力和生命质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组鼻阻力小于对照组,生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻中隔矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎效果显著,能促进患者病情恢复,降低其鼻阻力,提高生命质量,并预防复发,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal septum correction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation.Methods 82 patients with allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviation admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with na-sal septum correction,the clinical efficacy,recurrence,incidence of complication,nasal resistance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 75.61%in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications be-tween the two groups;after treatment,the nasal resistance in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal septum correction is effec-tive in the treatment of allergic rhinitis complicated with nasal septum deviated,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce nasal resistance,improve the quality of life,and prevent recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
