摘  要:在当前科学技术的不断推进发展中,大数据技术已广泛应用于各个领域,如大数据技术在金融、零售、营销、教育、医疗等行业均发挥着重要作用,其中医院人事管理工作也成为大数据技术的一个重要应用领域。大数据技术的引入,可深入分析医院人事管理工作中的各种数据,从而挖掘隐藏在数据背后的规律和价值,有效地推动医院人事管理的改革创新。但现代化医院人事管理仍存在较多问题,而利用大数据技术进行分析并优化管理制度,可改善和优化医院人事管理策略,推动医院健康发展。本文在大数据时代背景下,总结医院人事管理相关问题,并利用大数据技术提出相应优化策略。In the continuous development of current science and technology,big data technology has been widely used in various fields,such as-big data technology in financial,retail,marketing,education,medical,and other industries played an important role,of which hospital personnel man-agement has also become an important application field of big data technology.The introduction of big data technology can deeply analyze various data in hospital personnel management,so as to dig out the laws and values hidden behind the data,which has effectively promoted the reform andin-novation of hospital personnel management.However,there are still many problems in the personnel management of modern hospitals,and the use of big data technology to analyze and optimize the management system can improve and optimize the personnel management strategy of hospitals and promote the healthy development of hospitals.Under the background of big data era,this paper summarizes elated problems of hospital person-nel management,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies by using big data technology.
