摘  要:脉冲清灰装置是袋式除尘器的重要组成部分,如果脉冲清灰装置存在故障,将严重影响除尘器的除尘效率,进而影响工业生产。为了保障除尘器的除尘效率,通过对脉冲清灰装置进行系统的研究,详细的介绍了一种基于小波分析提取除尘机清灰系统故障特征的方法,该方法将采集的气包压力信号进行小波变换,并提取得到清灰系统不同故障的相关特征量,通过与无故障的特征量进行对比,可实现对脉冲清灰系统中脉冲电磁阀不喷吹故障和漏气故障的精确诊断和定位。The pulse dust removal device is an important part of the bag dust collector.If the pulse dust removal device fails,it will seriously affect the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector,and then affect industrial production.In order to ensure the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector,through systematic research on the pulse dust removal device,a method based on wavelet analysis is introduced in detail to extract the fault characteristics of the dust removal system of the dust collector.This method performs wavelet transformation on the collected gas tank pressure signal,and the relevant characteristic quantities of different faults of the ash cleaning system are obtained.By comparing with non-faulty characteristic quantities,accurate diagnosis and positioning of the pulse solenoid valve non-blowing fault and air leakage fault in the pulse cleaning system can be realized.
