摘 要:梯形巷道围岩的应力分布呈现非对称分布的特征,容易发生应力集中,引发巷道失稳破坏。以陈蛮庄煤矿3410工作面为背景,针对巷道变形量较大且破坏严重的情况,运用巷道围岩松动圈理论,分析了梯形巷道顶板应力分布特征,推导并计算了围岩塑性区最大半径,进而对现有回采巷道支护方式进行力学分析,验算当前支护下的支护强度。运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟研究揭示了当前支护条件下的围岩应力分布及变形规律,面对巷道底板底鼓、顶板蠕变、高帮局部滑移现象,基于原有支护提出补强支护的方案:在高帮中部偏上位置布置一根锚索,原有支护的锚索向下移动1 600 mm;在低帮增加锚索补强支护,且原有的锚杆、锚索更换为高强锚杆锚索,提高巷道围岩的承载能力。通过数值模拟验证了优化后的支护布置对围岩的控制效果显著,能够满足生产需要,有效控制了巷道围岩的变形与破坏。The stress distribution of the surrounding rock of the trapezoidal roadway is characterized by asymmetric distribution,which is prone to stress concentration and instability of the roadway.Taking the 3410 working face of Chenmanzhuang Coal Mine as the background,using the theory of roadway surrounding rock loose circle,analyzes the stress distribution characteristics of the trapezoidal roadway roof,deduces and calculates the maximum radius of the surrounding rock plastic zone,and then carries out mechanical analysis on the existing mining roadway support methods,and checks the support strength under the current support.The FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation research is used to reveal the stress distribution and deformation law of surrounding rock under the current support conditions.Facing the floor heave of the roadway floor,the creep of the roof,and the local slip of the high wall,a reinforcement support scheme is proposed based on the original support an anchor cable is placed at the upper part of the middle of the high wall,and the original support anchor cable moves down 1 600 mm.At the same time,the anchor cable reinforcement support is added in the low wall,and the original anchor bolt and anchor cable are replaced with high-strength anchor bolt and anchor cable to improve the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Through the numerical simulation,it is verified that the optimized support layout has significant control effect on the surrounding rock,can meet the production needs,and effectively controls the deformation and destruction of the roadway surrounding rock.
