姜黄素在类风湿关节炎中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种病因不明的以对称性、侵蚀性滑膜炎为特征的全身性自身免疫性疾病。目前RA发病机制尚不明确,暂无根治药物,临床治疗以改善症状、控制和延缓病情进展为主要目标。近年来,研究表明姜黄素具有抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节等功效,提示姜黄素可能在治疗RA上有一定效果。本文就姜黄素治疗RA的疗效评价作一概述。姜黄素能降低RA患者的DAS28、ACR20和VAS评分,部分降低ESR、CRP等炎症参数,提示姜黄素能够降低RA的炎症指标及疾病活动度,具有潜在治疗作用。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by symmetric,erosive synovitis of unknown etiology.At present,the pathogenesis of RA is not clear,and there is no radical drug,and the main treatment goal is to improve symptoms,control and delay the progression of the disease.In recent years,studies have shown that curcumin has antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory and other effects,suggesting that curcumin may be effective in the treatment of RA.This article reviews the efficacy evaluation of curcumin in the treatment of RA.Curcumin can reduce DAS28,ACR20 and VAS scores in RA patients,and partially decrease ESR,CRP and other inflammatory parameters,suggesting that curcumin can reduce the inflammatory indexes and disease activity of RA,and has a potential therapeutic effect.
