摘　　要：目的:探讨羚羊角胶囊联合盐酸硫必利片对小儿抽动障碍(TD)临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2020年5月某院收治的78例TD患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组给予盐酸硫必利片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用羚羊角胶囊治疗。比较两组患儿耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)评分、炎症因子[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平变化、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、补体C3和补体C4]、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗6个月和12个月的复发率。结果:治疗后,两组患儿YGTSS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-1β及TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清Ig G、补体C3和补体C4水平均改善(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(77.78%,P<0.05);观察组患儿不良反应总发生率(2.70%)低于对照组(19.44%,P<0.05);观察组患儿12个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羚羊角胶囊联合盐酸硫必利片对小儿TD具有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善TD患儿的临床症状,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高免疫功能,且安全性较高、复发率较低。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and impact on immune function of Lingyangjiao capsules combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of tic disorder in children.Methods:A total of 78 patients with tic disorder admitted to our hospital during January 2017 to May 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with Lingyangjiao capsules in addition to the control treatment.The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS),levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],immune function parameters[immunoglobulin G(IgG),complement C3,complement C4],clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rates after 6 and 12 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the YGTSS score in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),which was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 were improved in both groups(P<0.05),which were improved more significantly in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total response rate of the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%,P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(2.70%)was lower than that in the control group(19.44%,P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 12 months post-treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lingyangjiao capsules combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets has a good therapeutic effect in children with tic disorder,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TD,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and i
