某三甲综合医院妇产科门诊用药情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析某院2020年和2021年妇产科门诊用药情况,为该院以及其他医院妇产科合理用药提供参考。方法:通过医院信息系统(HIS)提取2020年和2021年该院妇产科门诊用药数据,统计用药总金额、单品种用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)、药品排序比(B/A)。结果:2020年和2021年妇产科门诊年度用药金额分别为3061189.32元和4384937.42元,使用类别以补益剂、孕激素类及抗孕激素类、理血剂为主;按单个用药金额排名连续2年排名前2位的是坤泰胶囊与地屈孕酮片;按DDDs排名前10位的药品中,连续2年排名前3位的有坤泰胶囊和地屈孕酮片;连续2年碳酸钙片的B/A>1.0;连续2年坤泰胶囊、固肾安胎丸、裸花紫珠颗粒的B/A<1.0。结论:该院妇产科门诊临床用药基本合理,中成药使用频率较高。Objective:To analyze the drug utilization in our hospital's outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology in 2020 and 2021,in order to provide reference for rational drug use in our hospital and other hospitals'obstetrics and gynecology departments.Methods:The hospital's hospital information system(HIS)system was used to retrive drug utilization data from the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology in 2020 and 2021,and the total cost of all drug used,cost of single product,defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily dose cost(DDDc),and B/A ratio(B/A)were calculated.Results:In 2020 and 2021,the annual drug consumption in outpatient departments of obstetrics and gynecology was CNY3061189.32 and CNY4384937.42,respectively.The main drugs were tonics,progesterones,anti progesterones,and blood regulating agents;Kuntai capsule and didroxyprogesterone tablet ranked the top 2 for two consecutive years according to the cost of single products;among the top 10 drugs ranked by DDDs,the top 3 for the two consecutive years were Kuntai capsule and didroprogesterone tablet;the B/A value of calcium carbonate tablets was greater than 1.0 for two consecutive years;the B/A values of Kuntai Capsules,Gushen Antitire Pills and Nuhuazizhu Granules was lower than 1.0 for two consecutive years.Conclusion:The clinical medication in our outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology is reasonable in general,and the DDDs of Chinese patent drugs is relatively high.
