东北亚国家城镇化发展对吉林省新型城镇化建设的启示——以日韩为例

摘　　要：城镇化是我国经济发展的必然趋势,是中国实现现代化的重要标志之一。加快推动城镇化建设,促进经济发展,改善人民生活条件,是各级政府部门关心的课题。吉林省地处东北亚地理中心位置,研究东北亚国家城镇化的发展模式与特征以及城镇化过程中出现的问题,对吉林省构建中心城市、推进新型城镇化建设、发挥政府作用、营造有利于城镇化进程的良好环境等具有一定的现实意义。通过对吉林省城镇化现状的分析,吉林省应大力发展城市群和都市圈建设,强化政府主导型发展模式,进一步出台促农帮农政策,积极发展卫星城市,实现区域协调发展,实现新型城镇化建设持续健康发展。Urbanization is an inevitable trend of Chinese economic development,which is one of the most important marks of China's achieving the modernization.To speed up the construction of urbanization,promote the economic development and improve people's living conditions are the main concerned subjects of governments and departments at all levels.Jilin Province is located in the geographical center of Northeast Asia.The study on the development pattern and characteristics of urbanization in northeast Asian countries and the problems that arose in the process of urbanization has practical significance for Jilin Province to build a central city,advance the construction of new urbanization,play the role of government and to create a good environment for the process of urbanization.By the analysis of the current situation of urbanization of Jilin Province,Jilin Province should vigorously develop city clusters and metropolitan areas,strengthen the government-led development model,further introduce policies to promote agricultural development and help farmers,actively develop satellite cities,so as to achieve coordinated regional development,and achieve sustained and healthy development of the new type of urbanization.
