摘　　要：为不断提升我国的科研软实力,在中文科技期刊的载文数量不断增长的前提下,如何提高其信息服务能力是我们科技信息工作者必须要考虑的问题。在分析和把握近十年(2013—2022年)国内科技期刊服务研究发展及主题分布的基础上,基于新时期衍生出的新技术和新服务模式,从政策驱动、抓实期刊质量、利用新媒体技术等方面出发,探索出提升科技期刊用户信息服务能力的新途径,从而走出一条中国特色的科技期刊信息服务发展的道路,更快更好地为科技生产提供帮助。In order to improve the soft power of scientific research in our country,how to improve the information service ability of Chinese sci-tech periodicals is a problem which must be considered by sci-tech information workers.By analyzing and grasping the research development and theme distribution of Chinese sci-tech periodical services in the past decade(2013—2022),based on the new technology and new service model derived from the new period,this paper sets out from the aspects of policy-driven,quality assurance of periodicals,utilization of modern new media technology,etc.,explores a new way to improve the users’information service ability of sci-tech periodicals,so as to find a way to develop the information service of sci-tech periodicals with Chinese characteristics,and to help sci-tech production faster and better.
