摘　　要：慕湘(1916—1988),著名作家、藏书家、版本学家,中国人民解放军少将,山东蓬莱人。慕湘藏书馆是由蓬莱政府筹建专门存藏慕湘遗物以及毕生所藏近4万册珍贵典籍的机构。2013年慕湘藏书馆被评为全国古籍重点保护单位。1936年慕湘被党组织派到山西太原,他将这段残酷的战争生活写成小说,留下一部经典。他痴迷山西的厚重文化,尽力收集有关典籍,守护历史文脉。现对馆藏有关著作、手稿、手抄本、藏书整理成文,为山西地区的历史文化研究提供文献佐证。Mu Xiang(1916—1988)was a renowned writer,book collector,bibliographer,and Major General in the People’s Liberation Army of China.He was born in Penglai,Shandong.Muxiang Library was established by the Penglai government as a dedicated institution for preserving Muxiang’s artifacts and his collection of nearly 40000 precious books throughout his lifetime.In 2013,Muxiang Library was recognized as a national key heritage protection unit for ancient books.In 1936,Muxiang was sent by the Party organization to Taiyuan,Shanxi,where he transformed his harsh wartime experiences into a novel,leaving behind a literary masterpiece.He was deeply fascinated by the rich cultural heritage of Shanxi and made great efforts to collect relevant literature,safeguarding the historical context.Currently,the relevant works,manuscripts,handwritten copies,and book collections in the library have been organized and documented,providing documentary evidence for historical and cultural research in the Shanxi region.
