摘　　要：理论逻辑的解释是一种在以设问方式对话文本并捕获其内在联系线索的文本解读方法,故而“中国之治”制度优势对其理论自身的解释或解释其自身在马克思主义理论中的学理根本,都必然要回到马克思恩格斯经典文本。他们的经典文本通过对生活世界的解释和改造,影响着中国制度建设的实践活动,这种以先在的理论作为后实践创造的理论基础,在理论内在联系上有本然的学理互定性和统一性。《马克思恩格斯文集》中许多文本清晰地解释着“中国之治”制度优势的理论形成、发展、成熟和实践在内的本体论、认识论、价值论、方法论及人论的一些哲学问题。这些不仅能体现其学理立义逻辑的生成现象,还能展现中国特色社会主义制度优势必然的充实性文本根据。'The interpretation of theoretical logic involves a method of understanding texts through questioning and exploring their internal connections.Consequently,the institutional advantage of the“rule of China”system inevitably relies on the interpretation of its theory or theoretical founda tion in Marxist texts,particularly those of Marx and Engels.These classic texts have significantly influenced China’s institutional development by interpreting and adapting their principles to practical im plementation.The foundational theory of the“Governance of China”system is constructed upon preceding theories,which are shaped and honed through subsequent practices,thus forming a comprehensive and int errelated framework.Within the Marx Engels Collected Works(MECW),various texts lucidly elucidate essential philosophical aspects like ontology,epistermology,axiology,methodology,and humanism.They also encompass the formation,development,maturity,and practical applications of the institutional advantages of China’s governance model.This rich content not only reveals the evolution of its theoretical logic but also establishes a strong textual basis for the distinctive features of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
