摘  要:本文以焦作华飞电子电器股份有限公司生产的无极绳绞车使用的四象限变频器为例,讲述了变频器与电动机在电压等级不一致时的使用。分析问题时从变频器与电动机的电压入手、以电动机的电流为切入点,紧紧抓住电动机的主磁通、励磁电流两个关键参数。通过合理设置变频器的参数保证了变频器输出U/f比恒定,即压频比恒定,确保了电动机的主磁通恒定,励磁电流不偏大,磁路不饱和。把变频器的最大输出频率,即上限频率限制在50Hz,变频器输入1140V、50Hz的电源,输出660V、50Hz的电压,与电动机的额定电压、额定频率一致,最终确保了电动机的稳定运行,状态良好。In this paper,the four quadrant frequency converter used in the winch of the endless rope produced by Jiaozuo Huafei Electronic and Electrical Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example to describe the use of frequency converter and motor when the voltage level is inconsistent.The analysis of the problem from the frequency converter and motor voltage,motor current as a breakthrough point,tightly grasp the motor's main flux,excitation current two key parameters.By setting the parameters of frequency converter reasonably,the output U/f ratio of frequency converter is guaranteed to be constant,that is,the voltage frequency ratio is constant,and the main magnetic flux of the motoris constant,the excitation current is not too large,and the magnetic circuit is not saturated.The maximum output frequency of the converter,i.e.the upper frequency,is limited to 50Hz.The converter inputs 1140V and 50Hz power supply and outputs 660V and 50Hz voltage,which is consistent with the rated voltage and rated frequency of the motor,and finally ensures the stable operation of the motorand its good condition.
