摘 要:旅客观察窗是民用飞机机身结构的重要组成部分,为乘客和机组人员提供向外观察的视野,且需要承受在飞行过程中机身舱内的气密载荷和气动冲击,确保飞行过程的安全。根据中国民用航空规章第25部《运输类飞机适航标准》(CCAR-25-R4)对旅客观察窗提出了相应的条款要求,需要对旅客观察窗进行相应的适航符合性验证试验,用于表明旅客观察窗产品的安全性、可靠性、稳定性。本文总结和梳理了针对旅客观察窗相关的适航符合性验证试验工作,并对相应的难点重点进行剖析分解,旨在为飞机的安全运行提供理论基础和试验支持。The passenger observation window is an important part of the fuselage structure of civil aircraft,which provides passengers and crew with an outward view,and needs to withstand the airtight load and aerodynamic impact in the fuselage cabin during flight to ensure the safety of the flight process.According to Part 25 of the Civil Aviation Regulations of China:Airworthiness Standards for Transport Aircrafts(CCAR-25-R4),the passenger observation windows are required to be tested for their airworthiness to demonstrate the safety,reliability and stability of passenger observation window products.This paper sums up and sorts out the airworthiness conformity verification tests related to passenger observation windows,and analyzes the corresponding difficulties in order to provide theoretical basis and experimental support for safe operation of aircraft.
