基于专利视角的高新技术企业技术创新特点分析

摘　　要：专利作为企业技术信息的有效载体,代表着企业创新成果的产业化。本文以杭州市高新技术企业全样本数据为依据,通过专利大数据检索分析高新技术企业的专利总体情况、户均分布特点、专利海外布局和专利运营情况,总结出高新技术企业创新能力强质量高、产出与企业规模正相关、领域分布不均衡、国际化水平较低、专利有效运用率不高等5个技术创新特点,最后针对分析结论,提出提升高新技术企业技术创新能力的对策建议。As an effective carrier of enterprise technical information,patent represents the industrialization of enterprise innovation achievements.Based on the torch statistics of high-tech enterprises in Hangzhou,this study analyzes the patents holding situation,household distribution characteristics,PCT application and patent operation ability of high-tech enterprises.The five technological innovation characteristics,such as:strong ability and high quality of innovation,output are related to enterprise size,the imbalance in the fields,low-level internationalization,and low patent operation ability.According to the analysis conclusions,corresponding suggestions are put forward.
