基于灰色关联分析法的大学生满意度评价研究

摘　　要：大学生满意度评价是贯彻学生中心理念,提高高校人才培养供给质量的重要参考。本文首先提出了具有针对性的大学生满意度评价指标体系,进而面向陕西省6所高校的932名在校大学生进行问卷调查。使用灰色关联分析法对6所高校的大学生满意度进行验证和分析,结果显示本方法各项指标关联性均较强,不同维度对学生满意度影响不一,且与定性分析结果一致,能够对高校学生满意度进行有效评价,对高校优化教育教学过程和条件保障有参考价值。College student satisfaction evaluation is an important reference for implementing the student centered concept and improving the quality of talent training supply in colleges and universities.First,a targeted evaluation index system of college student satisfaction is proposed,and then a questionnaire survey is conducted among 932 college students from 6 universities in Shaanxi Province.The grey correlation analysis method is used to verify and analyze the satisfaction of college students in six universities,the correlation between the indicators of this method is relatively strong,and different dimensions have different impacts on student satisfaction,and consistent with the qualitative analysis results.It can evaluate the satisfaction of college students and provide reference value for optimizing the process and conditions of education and teaching in colleges and universities.
