摘  要:为提升城市大气环境,本文通过分析目前城市大气污染存在的煤烟型污染占比过大、多数城市大气污染从工业烟尘污染转型为汽车尾气污染、中小城市大气环境污染日益严重等问题,发现微风天气下风速等级与大气污染物浓度扩散速度成正比,建筑物平均层高与大气污染物扩散速度成反比;晴天无风天气下,早晨与傍晚上下班高峰期间大气污染浓度较高;特殊天气,下雨、下雪、阴天的天气状况具有净化空气功能,有雾天气大气污染浓度上升。为此,本文提出科学规划大气污染治理布局、控制汽车尾气排放、改善能源结构、扩大绿化面积、完善各项机制管控、加强大气环境污染监管力度等综合整治措施。In order to improve the urban air environment,this study analyzes the problems such as the large proportion of soot pollution in the current urban air pollution,the transformation of air pollution from industrial smoke pollution to automobile exhaust pollution in most cities,and the increasingly serious air pollution in small and medium-sized cities,and finds that:in breezy weather,the wind speed is proportional to the diffusion velocity of air pollutants,and the average building height is inversely proportional to the diffusion velocity of air pollutants.On sunny days with no wind,the air pollution concentration is higher during the morning and evening rush hours.Under special weather,the weather conditions of rain,snow and overcast days have the function of purifying air,and the concentration of air pollution rises in fog weather.To this end,comprehensive measures such as scientific planning of air pollution control layout,control of automobile exhaust emissions,improvement of energy structure,expansion of green area,improvement of various mechanisms and control,and strengthening of air pollution supervision are put forward.
