摘 要:本文立足于进出口危险化学品的快速、痕量检测需求,简要概述了表面增强拉曼光谱法(Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)的增强机理、增强基底以及SERS在进出口危险化学品检测中的应用。凭借其灵敏性强、可痕量无损检测、排除水干扰等优点,SERS未来有望成为进出口危险化学品检测的可靠工具。为了更好地将SERS技术广泛用于海关进出口危险化学品检测,需研发信号增强效果更佳的增强基底,从而为进出口危险化学品检测工具的开发提供科学依据和技术参考。Based on the rapid and trace detection requirements of import and export hazardous chemicals, this paper briefly summarized the enhancement mechanism of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS), the enhanced substrate and the application of SERS in detection of import and export hazardous chemicals. With its strong sensitivity, traceable non-destructive testing, and elimination of water interference, SERS is expected to become a reliable tool for the detection of import and export hazardous chemicals in the future. In order to better apply SERS technology to the detection of dangerous chemicals in Customs import and export, it is necessary to develop an enhanced substrate with better signal enhancement effect, so as to provide scientific basis and technical reference for the development of detection tools for import and export hazardous chemicals.
