对中医“恐伤肾”研究的思考

摘　　要：“恐伤肾”作为近年来中医情志研究的热点问题之一,多采用动物实验开展。笔者针对目前研究中存在的问题,对“恐伤肾”的常见造模方法进行了梳理和分析,提出应综合冻结姿势、二便、生殖、生长发育等指标对“恐伤肾”模型进行评价,并依据传统中医理论、实验研究结果和临床报道,认为“恐伤肾”虽然对肾精、肾气、肾阳均有损伤,但对肾精的损伤最为突出,在对“恐伤肾”动物进行药物干预研究或惊恐所致疾病进行临床治疗时,应以补肾填精为主要方法。以期为“恐伤肾”研究的深入开展和临床上“恐伤肾”所致疾病的诊疗提供参考。As one of the hot problems of the research of traditional Chinese medicine emotion in recent years,‘terror impairing kidney’is mostly carried out through animal experiments.In view of the problems existing in the current study,the author combed and analyzed the common modeling methods of‘terror impairing kidney’.Suggested that the model should be evaluated comprehensively by freezing posture,second stool,reproduction,growth and development.According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,experimental research results and clinical reports,it is believed that although‘terror impairing kidney’has damage to kidney essence,kidney qi and kidney yang,but the damage to kidney essence is the most prominent.In the drug intervention study of‘terror impairing kidney’animals or the clinical treatment of diseases caused by panic,invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment should be taken as the main method.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for the further study of‘terror impairing kidney’and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by‘terror impairing kidney’.
