摘　　要：小儿的生理病理特点决定了儿科用药的特殊性,因小儿为“稚阴稚阳、纯阳之体”“阴常不足、脾常不足”,且“发病容易、传变迅速”“脏气清灵、易趋康复”,在遣方用药时我们应着眼于维护阳气、顾护阴津、保护脾胃、药取轻灵、慎寒慎热、灵机活用、安全用药、兼顾口感8个要点。The physiological and pathological characteristics of children determine the particularity of applying medicinals in pediatric clinical practice.Due to the fact that children are a body of‘tender yin-tender yang and pure yang’,with‘insufficiency of yin and spleen’‘easy onset and rapid transmission’‘clear and easy recovery of visceral qi’,when prescribing a formula and using medicinals,we should focus on the following eight essential points:maintaining yang qi,protecting yin fluid,safeguarding the spleen and stomach,prescribing medicinals with the dosage as low as possible and property as light as possible,using medicinals of cold or heat nature with caution,prescribing a flexible formula,putting safety first,and taking taste into account.
