摘　　要：文章总结运用调摄冲任法治疗经前皮肤黏膜疾病的经验。女子以冲任为本,二脉起于胞中,相并而行,与足少阴、足厥阴、足太阴三经相交汇,取三经之精血以为养,故冲任为病,与肝、脾、肾、胞宫最为密切。经前期,冲任胞宫气血满盈,欲循冲任而泛溢肌肤,若脏腑失和,累及冲任,或邪气侵扰冲任,均可导致冲任失调,发为经前皮肤黏膜疾病。基于此,笔者认为经前皮肤黏膜疾病的核心病机为冲任失调,当治以调摄冲任,同时应重视肝、脾、肾、胞宫的调治,对在经前痤疮、经前荨麻疹、经前阴痒等经前皮肤黏膜疾病的治疗具有重要作用。The article summarized the experience of treating premenstrual mucocutaneous diseases by regulating Chong-Ren.Women take Chong-Ren as the foundation.Chong-Ren starts in the uterus and runs side by side.It intersects with the three meridians of foot Shaoyin,foot Jueyin and foot Taiyin,and takes the blood of the three meridians as nourishment.Therefore,Chong-Ren is most closely related to liver,spleen,kidney and uterus.If Ren meridian is unobstructed and Chong meridian is full,the two support each other,then the skin remains moist.In the early period of menstruation,the qi and blood of Chong-Ren is full,and the skin is overflowing with Chong-Ren.If the loss of viscera,involving Chong-Ren,or evil invasion Chong-Ren,can lead to Chong-Ren disorder,premenstrual skin and mucous membrane disease.Based on this,we believe that the core pathogenesis of premenstrual skin and mucosal diseases is Chong-Ren impairment.The treatment of premenstrual skin and mucosal diseases is to regulate Chong-Ren,at the same time,the liver,spleen,uterine regulation.This plays an important role in the treatment of premenstrual skin and mucosal diseases such as premenstrual acne,premenstrual urticaria,and premenstrual vaginal itching,ect..
