基于“始病热中,末传寒中”理论的慢性胃炎病机演变规律及分阶段论治经验发微

摘　　要：慢性胃炎为消化系统常见病、多发病。周斌教授临证三十余载,在承袭《脾胃论》“始病热中,末传寒中”理论体系基础上,结合自身临证治验,总结出慢性胃炎的病机演变规律,并提出“疏调气机、清热利湿、清泻郁火”“补养脾胃、平调寒热、活血理气”及“温补脾肾、培补元气、祛瘀通络”分阶段论治体系。阶段不同,所遣方药有异,药与证合,方能收获良效。Chronic gastritis is a common and frequent disease of the digestive system.Professor ZHOU Bin has diagnosed and treated digestive system diseases for over 30 years.Based on inheriting the theoretical system of‘the beginning of the disease is internal heat and the end of the disease is internal cold’from the Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach and combining his own clinical experience,he summarized the evolution of chronic gastritis pathogenesis,and accordingly proposed the phased treatment system of‘regulating qi movement,clearing heat and draining dampness,clearing and purging depression fre’,‘tonifying the spleen and stomach,harmonizing cold and heat,activating blood and regulating qi’and‘warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney,tonifying the original qi,dispelling stasis and freeing the collateral vessels’.The formulas and medicinals are different according to the stage,and only when the medicinals are in line with the syndrome can we reap good effects.
