中医药防治艾滋病临床疗效与评价方法研究现状

摘　　要：文章从中医理论、临床疗效和评价方法研究3个方面对中医药防治艾滋病领域进行了系统梳理。中医理论研究集中在疾病归属、病程及证候学研究;临床疗效研究主要集中在HIV感染期和艾滋病期的促进免疫重建、减低ART不良反应以及改善临床症状等方面;评价方法研究经历了最初的病例报告,大数据、真实世界研究,到目前多示例多标记学习发现艾滋病“方-证-效”动态靶关系的方法研究等。以上研究不仅为今后中医药防治艾滋病奠定了理论基础,更为中医药临床研究艾滋病提供了参考依据和技术支撑。This paper systematically sorts out the field of AIDS prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from three aspects:theory,clinical observation and methodology of TCM.Theoretical research in TCM focuses on disease attribution,course and symptoms;The observation of clinical efficacy mainly focused on promoting immune reconstitution,reducing adverse ART reactions and improving clinical symptoms during HIV infection and AIDS.Methodological research has gone through initial case reports,big data,real-world research,and so far multi-sample multi-label learning to discover the dynamic target relationship of AIDS.The above research not only lays a theoretical foundation for the TCM prevention and treatment of AIDS in the future,but also provides a reference basis and technical support for the TCM clinical research of AIDS.
