摘　　要：皮肤病具有病因复杂、高发病率及高复发率的特点,傣医药对防治皮肤病具有独特优势。近年来傣医药在皮肤病(湿疹、荨麻疹、带状疱疹、痤疮、瘢痕增生等)领域取得了较大进展。作为四大民族医药之一,傣医在治疗皮肤病上擅用解法(雅解沙把)、外治法(刺药、外搽等)及口功疗法等方法,具有地域性特色、临床疗效好、单药多靶点及治疗方法多样化的优势。文章结合近年来国内外有关傣医药防治皮肤病的研究进展,围绕专著、病因病机、证型、方药、临床研究、实验研究进行综述,以期为临床防治皮肤病提供启发。Skin diseases are characterized by complex etiology,high incidence rate and high recurrence rate.Dai medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of skin diseases.In recent years,Dai medicine has made significant progress in the field of skin diseases(such as eczema,urticaria,herpes zoster,acne,scar hyperplasia,etc.).As one of the four major ethnic medicines,Dai medicine excels in the treatment of skin diseases by using methods such as solution therapy(Yajie Shaba),external treatment(pricking medicine,external application,etc.),and oral exercise therapy.It has the advantages of regional characteristics,good clinical efficacy,multiple targets with a single drug,and diverse treatment methods.This article reviews the research progress of Dai medicine in the prevention and treatment of skin diseases both domestically and internationally in recent years,focusing on the monographs,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome types,prescriptions,clinical research,and experimental research,in order to provide inspiration for clinical prevention and treatment of skin diseases.
