手诊九宫八卦学说与星丘学说学术特点比较

摘　　要：手诊九宫八卦学说与手诊星丘学说是分别起源于东、西方的两大手诊主流学说,两学说在理论内容与诊断特点中有着相似之处,研究中易产生混淆。文章以两学说理论渊源为脉络,研究集中于学术特点:从掌部分区、形态诊断、色泽诊断、纹路诊断及诊断思路,共5个方面对两学说进行总结与比较,发现两学说分区诊断中除离宫对应土星丘、太阳丘外,其余掌部区域高度一致;形态诊断中均重视掌区的丰盈状态,其中星丘学说手型诊断更为系统;色泽诊断中均认为暗黑色提示病势重,其中九宫八卦学说望色诊断体系更为系统;纹路诊断对于生理、病理状态的论述均十分详实,其中星丘学说根据线出现的频次,总结出系统的纹路分级体系;两学说均遵守先整体后局部的诊断思路,生物全息论的提出使两学说不断发展融合,因此在著作中多进行比较论述。The theory of Jiugong Bagua of hand diagnosis and the zoning method of planets of hand diagnosis are two major theories of hand diagnosis,which originated from the east and the West respectively.The two theories have some similarities in theoretical content and diagnostic characteristics,which is easy to be confused in the research.Based on the theoretical origin of the two theories,this paper focuses on academic characteristics:summarizing and comparing the two theories from five aspects:palmar region,shape diagnosis,color diagnosis,grain diagnosis and diagnosis thought.It is found that in the partition diagnosis of the two theories,except that the outer palace corresponds to the Saturn hill and the sun hill,the other palmar region is highly consistent.The full state of palmar region was emphasized in morphological diagnosis,and the star mound theory was more systematic in hand diagnosis.In color diagnosis,dark color is considered to indicate serious disease,and the color diagnosis system of Jiugong Bagua theory is more comprehensive.The description of the physiological and pathological state of the line diagnosis is very detailed,and the star hill theory summarizes the systematic classification system of the line according to the frequency of the line occurrence.Both theories adhere to the diagnostic idea of the whole first and then the part,and the introduction of biological holography makes the two theories develop and integrate continuously,so they are often compared in theworks.
