六经辨证下《伤寒论》经方在骨伤科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：《伤寒论》经方治疗骨伤科疾病有着确切疗效,在掌握中医骨伤脏腑辨证和三期辨证治法的基础上,以荣卫不和、不荣则痛为核心病机,从经络学说出发,立足六经辨证,结合八纲、部位辨证,把握好经络循行路线以及经络与脏腑的联系,首辨经络,次辨证型及部位,方证(症)对应,随经处方,据位施方,辨证论治,其适用范围广,实用价值高,值得临床应用与推广。Classic formula of the Shanghan Lun has definite efficacy in the treatment of orthopedic diseases,based on mastering the Chinese medicine orthopedic organs identification and the three stages of identification and treatment,The core disease mechanism is disharmony between Rong and Wei,and pain is caused by Rong.Based on the six meridians identification,combined with the eight principles and parts identification,grasp the route of meridians and the connection between meridians and internal organs,first identify the meridians,second identify the type and location of evidence,correspondence between prescriptions and evidence(symptoms),prescriptions according to the meridians,prescriptions according to the location,and treatment based on evidence.Its wide range of application,high practical value,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
