《外台秘要》所引《必效方》中的无名方剂研究

摘　　要：《必效方》为唐代孟诜所作,已佚,其大量内容收载于王焘《外台秘要》。《必效方》中无名方剂众多,治病广泛,尤其注重外科。经研究发现其具有以下特点:(1)记载多样,内涵直观明了;(2)用方精简,单方验方众多;(3)剂型丰富,重视散剂、汤剂。其用药特点为药味繁多,醋盐使用普遍。通过对《必效方》中无名方剂的研究,不仅能反映唐代的方药使用特点,还能为现代临床用药提供借鉴。Bixiao Fang was written by MENG Shen in the Tang dynasty,whose most contents had been recorded in WANG Tao's Waitai Miyao.There are many anonymous prescriptions in Bixiao Fang,widely used in treating all kinds of diseases,especially the surgical diseases.They have the following characteristics:Firstly,the formulae are named in various forms,whose connotations are intuitive and clear.Secondly,the application of the prescriptions is streamlined,and there are many simple recipes and experiential effective recipes.Thirdly,the preparations are diverse,in which the powders and decoctions are particularly used.Its characteristics of medication include a diverse range of medicinal flavors and common use of vinegar and salt.Through the study of the anonymous prescriptions in the Bixiao Fang,it can not only reflects the characteristics of the use of prescription drugs in the Tang dynasty,but also provides reference for modern clinical drugs.
