基于运气理论的疫病发病规律探究

摘　　要：运气学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分,是中医“天人合一”观念落地的重要抓手。运气理论不仅可以指导临床实践,还能在疫病的防治中发挥重要作用。历来的运气学研究发现火是疫情的根本动因,但是忽略了受伤的是肺金,五行失衡才是导致疫情的根本原因。通过近年来相关流行性疾病的理论及实际疫病发病规律的研究,可以挖掘其中的规律,发现疫病发生的主要原因是五行之金受到克制,从五行的生克制化中找到了可以分析和预测疫病的规律。运用江右学派运气学五行太少相生及生克制化关系的分析,可以得出非常清晰的疫病发病规律,其中五运之中主运、客运是火太过、金不及、水不及,六气之中主气、客气是少阳相火、少阴君火出现重叠条件下,疫病发病的概率较高。The theory of five movements and six qi is an important part of the basic theory of Chinese medicine and an important grasp of the concept of‘harmony between man and nature’in Chinese medicine.The theory of five movements and six qi can not only guide our clinical practice,but also play an important role in the prevention and treatment of epidemic disease.Previous studies found that fire was the root cause of the epidemic,but the hurt of lung gold is ignored,in fact it is the imbalance of the five elements that leads to the epidemic.Through the research on the theory of related epidemic diseases in recent years,the author discovers the regularity of epidemic disease and finds that the main cause of epidemic disease is that the gold of the five elements is restrained,the law of epidemic disease can be analyzed and predicted from the restraint of the five elements.Using the analysis of the relationship between the five elements of the movement and qi of the Jiangyou school,we can get a very clear law of the epidemic disease,in which the five elements of the movement,the main transport and the passenger transport,are too much fire,too little metal and too little water,the probability of epidemic disease is higher under the condition that the main qi and the guest qi in the six qi are Shaoyang phase fire and Shaoyin Jun fire.
