探析藏医学具体治则理论

摘　　要：藏医学具体治则理论带有鲜明的传统民族文化特点,其语言运用、比喻手法、形容方式都深受特定条件下藏民族生存环境和人文环境的影响。文章基于藏医学理论体系,总体介绍了藏医治则理论的基本内容,并且从不同病证类型切入,结合举例、示范、演绎等方法,将分别对应不同病证类型的9种具体治则理论做了细致的描述与分析。由此得知,此治则理论以结合实际生活场景的描述手段,以及通俗易懂的比喻方式阐述藏医学治疗法则的丰富多样性和实效性,从而达到使人通解具体治则理论的目的。The specific rules of treatment theory of Tibetan medicine have distinctive traditional cultural characteristics,and its use of language,metaphors and descriptive techniques are deeply influenced by the Tibetan people's living and the human environment under specific conditions.Based on the theoretical system of Tibetan medicine,this article generally introduces the basic content of the Tibetan medical treatment theory,and makes a detailed description and analysis of the nine specific treatment theories corresponding to different disease types,combined with examples,demonstrations,deduction and other methods.From this,we know that this theory of treatment is based on the rich diversity and effectiveness of Tibetan medical principles of treatment,which are illustrated using descriptions that combine real-life scenarios and easy-to-understand metaphors,thus achieving the goal of understanding the theory of specific treatment principles.
