摘　　要：铁皮石斛具备抗肿瘤、抗衰老、增强机体免疫力及减轻肝损伤等作用。当前人工种植能满足人们对铁皮石斛的需求。而高等植物生长过程中硒在其中发挥着重要作用,硒特点为抗氧化、延缓细胞甩来及提升抗逆性,而创伤组织再生能力进一步增加,利于植物生长发育,而园艺作物产量与品质随之提高。目前外源性补硒为常见措施,有关外源性补硒方式较多,如土壤施用、拌种、叶面喷施、含硒营养液培养和茎秆注射等,而上述方式中哪种方式最佳,其用量、频率上存在差异性。Dendrobium officinale has anti-tumor,anti-aging,enhancing body immunity and reducing liver damage.Currently,artificial planting can meet people's demand for Dendrobium officinale.Selenium plays an important role in the growth of higher plants.Selenium has the functions of antioxidant,delaying cellular aging,improving stress resistance and increasing the regeneration ability of trauma tissue,which further promotes the growth and development of plants,and improves the yield and quality of horticultural crops.At present,exogenous selenium supplementation has become a common way,while at present,there are many ways of exogenous selenium supplementation,including soil application,seed mixing,foliar spraying,selenium-containing nutrient solution culture and stalk injection,and which of the best methods are differences in dosage and frequency.
