摘 要:以己二酸己二胺盐(AH Salt)、己内酰胺(CPL)为原料,采用熔融缩聚法制备系列配比的共聚酰胺66/6(PA66/PA6)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪、紫外光谱仪和万能材料试验机等表征其结构与性能。结果表明,经熔融缩聚法成功制备了不同配比PA66/PA6共聚酰胺,与PA6相比,由于共聚单体的引入,PA66/PA6分子链规整性降低,熔点、结晶度等均有一定程度的下降。当PA66添加量为30%(wt,质量分数)时,拉伸强度略有下降,但断裂伸长率大幅提高,达到494.5%,比PA6提高了近5倍,此时透明度可达93%。可见,利用PA66对PA6进行共聚改性可以大幅度提高PA6的韧性和透明性。Using adipic acid hexanediamine salt(AH salt)and caprolactam(CPL)as raw materials,a series of copolyamides 66/6(PA66/PA6)with different ratio were prepared by melt polycondensation method.The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer,ultraviolet spectrometer and universal material testing machine were used to characteristic the structure and performance of PA66/PA6.The results showed that the PA66/PA6 copolyamides with different ratio were successfully prepared.Compared with PA6,due to the introduction of co-monomer,the regularity of PA66/PA6 molecular chains was reduced,and the melting point and crystallinity were decreased to some extent.Furthermore,when PA66 was added at 30wt%,the tensile strength decreased slightly,but the elongation at break increased significantly to 494.5%,which was nearly 5 times higher than that of PA6,and the transparency could reach 93%.It could be concluded that the copolymerization modification of PA6 using PA66 could greatly improve the toughness and transparency of PA6.
