摘 要:为了研究层间梯度取向增韧的实施方法和机理以及对复合材料力学性能的影响,采用AFG-90H、AG-80H及CYDBN-240环氧树脂匹配二氨基二苯砜固化剂,制备成对聚醚砜(PESU)有不同溶解性能的两种树脂配方。在溶解性较好的配方A中添加少量PESU记作A-,在配方A和配方B中添加大量PESU记作A+和B+,A-作为内膜分别搭配A+和B+作为外膜,制备成两种四膜预浸料;A-分别与A+和B+先混合均匀,再涂膜制备双膜预浸料作为对照组。对比分析了增韧剂在树脂基体中的溶解性和预浸料工艺方式对复合材料的拉伸强度、压缩强度、层间剪切强度及冲击后压缩强度(CAI)的影响。结果表明:对于双膜预浸料,增韧剂的溶解性差异对层压板的性能影响较小;对于四膜预浸料,采用对增韧剂溶解性能一致的内外膜时,CAI提升5%左右;采用对增韧剂溶解性有差异的内外膜,CAI可提升15%左右。说明该方法可使增韧剂在层间Z向扩散,实现了层间梯度取向增韧。In order to study the implementation method and mechanism of interlaminar gradient orientation toughening and its effect on the mechanical properties of composites,two resin formulations with different solubility properties for polyethersulfone(PESU)were prepared by using AFG-90H,AG-80H and CYDBN-240 epoxy resins matched with diaminodiphenylsulfone curing agent.A small amount of PESU was added to formula A with good solubility,recorded as A-,and a large amount of PESU was added to formula A and formula B,recorded as A+and B+,two four-film prepregs were prepared with A-as the inner film and A+and B+as the outer film,respectively.A-was mixed evenly with A+and B+respectively,and then coated to prepare two-film prepreg as the control group.The effects of the solubility of the toughener in the resin matrix and the prepreg process on the tensile strength,compressive strength,interlaminar shear strength and compressive strength after impact(CAI)of carbon fiber composites were compared and analyzed.The results showed that for the two-film prepreg toughened by blending,the difference in the solubility of the toughening agent had little effect on the properties of the cured laminate;for the four-film prepreg,when the inner and outer films with the same solubility to the toughening agent were used,the CAI increased by about 5%;using the inner and outer films with different solubility of the toughening agent,the CAI could increase by about 15%.It indicated that this method could make the toughening agent diffuse in the Z direction between the layers,and realize the interlaminar gradient orientation toughening.
