摘　　要：触变性是指在一定的温度下流体的黏度随剪切时间而变化的行为,触变剂是加入体系中引起材料产生触变性的助剂。该文使用一种伯胺封端的聚酰胺作为聚氨酯灌浆料的反应型触变剂,研究了该反应型触变剂在体系中的触变性,并将灌浆料应用于煤矿巷道支护过程中的锚杆锚固工程。反应型触变剂的提出解决了低黏度灌浆材料触变性问题,在不牺牲材料灌注性的情况下,赋予其优异的触变性。Thixotropy refers to the behavior that the viscosity of the fluid changes with shear time at a certain temperature.Thixotropic agent is an additive added to the system to cause thixotropy of materials.In this paper,a kind of polyamide blocked by primary amine was used as the reactive thixotropic agent of polyurethane grouting material,and the thixotropy of the reactive thixotropic agent in the system was studied.The reactive thixotropic agent solves the thixotropy problem of low viscosity grouting materials,and endows them with excellent thixotropy without sacrificing the grouting property of materials.
