Carbon fiber composites were prepared by extrusion injection molding. The effects of the content of graphene oxide(GO)and SCF reinforcement on the surface morphology, thermal stability and mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites were studied. The results showed that the surface of SCF samples treated with diff erent GO content showed intermittent, uniform and locally enriched graphene oxide. The coating of GO on SCF helps to inhibit the crystallization of polypropylene resin and improve the thermal conductivity; With the increase of GO content, the tensile strength,fl exural strength and impact strength of GO-SCF/PP composites first increased and then decreased, and reached the maximum when the GO content was 0.5%;The tensile strength,fl exural strength and impact strength of PP,GO0.5-PP and GO1-PP have little diff erence, while the tensile strength,fl exural strength and impact strength of GO0.5-SCF/GO0.5-PP composite are higher than those of GO-SCF/PP composite, and have the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
